Every time you stand in front of the mirror, do you look down?

Every morning, do the numbers on the weighing scale throw a curve ball at you?

Are you getting more and more robbed of your confidence to go out and meet people?

Are you really letting your curves control your life?

Girl...your life is a mess but that's not because of your size. That's because somewhere down the line you have led the media hype over thin women, rail-thin models create an outline of what a perfect woman should be and you find yourself unable to fit into it.

So now is a battle for you where you are an apologetic hostage in the hands of your own body!

All you find yourself doing is surrounded by pills and diet programs and oversized shabby clothes.

With this attitude girl, this battle will never be won.

Ditch that weighing scale first and look in the mirror. again.

And try to find out that spirited, beautiful woman with dreams and aspirations in her eyes and love for herself in her heart.

Here are a few ways in which you can leave behind your days of self-neglect and criticism.

  1. Accept Yourself: It is the very first step. Look beyond your weight and adore those curves on you. Not many people have them, you know.
  1. You Are Not Unattractive: In fact, you are a beautiful woman. So, don't assume that people think otherwise of you. This will create roadblocks. This is especially true for the young and romantic-at-hearts. While dating or while approaching someone, if you are not confident about yourself, how will you open up? And if you don't open up, how will you let others come into your life?
  1. Don't Restrict Yourself: You are capable of doing anything you put your hands on. You can get into any profession (even modeling), go out for any adventure sport, eat whatever you want, and wear whatever you fancy. Don't deny yourself anything because of your size and number. That LBD you have your eyes set on can be yours...and not to be stacked inside the cupboard but to be worn and show the girl some really good time.
  1. Don't Rely On Myths: Beauty is a myth. It is just a perception. There is a difference between a healthy person and a skinny person and you need to understand it. So, those all-bone models on the fashion magazines ask yourself, are they really healthy? You really need to be on the healthier side and that can be done by eating healthy and staying fit.
  1. Be Honest: A big part of being confidence is, to be honest. On dating portals or on any online social media, be honest about yourself. Don't put in a self-description or a profile picture that you think will bring more attention. You can't trick yourself, not if you want to become truly a confident woman. And why would you..you are just curvy not a criminal.

So, there you go. Being plus size is not a crime. So, why would you be apologetic about it? Leave your old self behind and discover yourself in new lights. You are beautiful, smart, and sexy.

Yes, You are! You can live the life you want and you will!

As they say...when life gives you curves, you should hug them.
