True to her name, which means ‘progress’, Praggatti Rao, in her two decades as a counsellor, has been instrumental in changing the lives of many through her dynamic coaching programmes. With dual masters in biochemistry and psychology, Praggatti had earmarked her domain of interest very early. A business administration degree with a human resources specialisation and a few years at a renowned IT training firm gave her the professional experience that she further needed to embark on her entrepreneurial journey.

Educoncepts India Initiatives, her Gurgaon-based company, was incubated in 2007, and since then Praggatti and her team have cemented their reputation as being at the top of their game. Using emotional intelligence, positive psychology, behavioural economics, psychometrics, personality profiling, and NLP, their programmes have a wide-ranging reach. Youth, corporations, and entrepreneurs, especially women leaders and shepreneurs are their biggest champions. Praggatti’s trademark programmes Exceed Yourself for Entrepreneurs and GRIP for Corporate Professionals are the most sought-after ones. When asked why she values personal transformation, the confessed ambivert says, “Self-discovery and self-transformation are my best bets and the stepping stones to a happier, more productive, and more enriched life”.

Indeed, it is Praggatti’s personal self-mastery that has helped her stay on course professionally. Drawing strength from a loving family and a supportive partner, she acknowledges that divine blessings and her resilience have helped her navigate challenges with ease and abundance.

A firm believer in ‘walking the talk’, she is now focused on creating a lasting impact on 1000+ youth, business leaders, and professionals over the next two years. Her mission is to empower her stakeholders to apply practical insights and interventions to all aspects of their lives, find purpose, and build sustainable businesses, a harmonious society. To sustain an ongoing learning and growth curve for her clientele, Praggatti established a thought lab experiment, the Applied NLP-'AENLP' Consolidation Club-North India Chapter in 2019.
