Step 1:- Hydrate your Lips

Chapped and dry lips are already deflated and lifeless. It is crucial to apply a nourishing lip balm to hydrate your lips. Hydration gives volume to the lips. Once your lips are moisturized then they are like a clean slate, ready for the application of beauty products. Step 2:- Lip Liner & Highlighting 

Pick the desired lip liner, make sure its colour is close to your natural lip colour to ensure a clean look. Use an angled, thin brush to blend the lip liner and the lipstick. No matter how close the two shades are, it is still essential to blend them well so that they give a natural look. Also, use the brush to bring an illuminating effect to the edges of the lips which would create an impression of pushing them outwards, thus making your lips look fuller. Apply contour powder of a darker shade, preferably some colour close to grey, right below the lower lip so as to create a false shadow, because fuller lips cast a bigger shadow. The volume and darkness of this false shadow depend upon the extent to which the lips have been outlined. Finally, use the brush to hide any flaws or uneven marks that may be present on the lips.
