Till now the most recommended form of exercise by the trainers was high intensity interval training (HIIT), this includes short but intense rounds of exercise. But what is suggested now is known as high-intensity, low-impact interval training (HILIT). This form of training comes with all the benefits of HIIT including increased metabolism, enhanced oxygen consumption, reduced heart rate, blood pressure and blood sugar, and calorie burn, but in a low-impact environment. This has less stress given on the joints of your body. It provides proper workouts with longevity.
Plant based diet
People have become more aware of the importance of livestock in the ecosystem which has led to the conversion of many into vegetarians and vegans. Meat will be seen drifting away from the plates this year and more of green leafs and vegetables will have their turn.
Better sleep pattern
Sleep is of great importance. A sound and satisfying sleep is the key to an active day ahead. The trend will be to value sleep and to figure out ways for sleep optimization. Offices abroad have come up with places called nap bars for employees to go and have a refreshing nap.
Wearable technology
Wearable technology has become a part of the lifestyle and culture and it has been rapidly growing ,there are no chances of this habit getting dwindled. These advances have made it much easier for people to have a record of their health matrices and make use of it to improve their health and other chronic diseases.
