From academia to entrepreneurship, and to social activism, Manisha Kaushik’s journey is an extraordinary example of relentlessness and the spirit of independence. Born into a world where women in STEM were rare, Kaushik carved her niche with brilliance and resilience. Inspired by her mother's grace and armed forces upbringing, she embarked on a quest for excellence, leaving an indelible mark. Kaushik's academic prowess earned her 12 gold medals at Nagpur University

Kaushik took the brave decision to plunge into entrepreneurship right after marriage, co-founding an engineering solutions company with her husband. In the male-dominated domain, she raised funds, managed teams, and kept balance sheets aligned. She became an expert in time management, never shying away from seemingly impossible challenges.

Amidst this, she joined the Innerwheel Club to contribute to positive change in society. Later she spread her wings further to become a published author and pageant winner and earned industry recognition. Recently she forayed into acting and is doing some awesome projects with leading OTT channels.

Kaushik's greatest triumph lies in her unwavering belief in the power of women, championing the idea that it is indeed a woman's world today. Leveraging her passion for science, success, and social change, Kaushik has come a long way from being a first-generation businesswoman to owning her compassionate nature and glamorous flair with equal ease—a multi-potential leader defining new horizons for herself and others.
