Her journey, which has led her far and beyond, began with rather challenging circumstances as she grew up in a conservative environment. Sunita recalls her childhood and college times when she stayed isolated and hardly had friends. Her life took a dramatic turn when she came to Delhi to prepare for civil services. She got to learn people skills. Her introverted nature became her superpower when she put interpersonal skills to use. She chose not to become a civil servant; instead, she became the powerful woman and entrepreneur she admired the most.

A natural learner and curious by nature, she always found the Internet fascinating and decided to use it to her advantage. In 2004, her life took another significant turn when she not only began fully exploring the potential of the Internet but also kicked off a career in the digital space. She started working with two digital marketing agencies in Delhi for one year before she knew she was cut for big games and the gambles of life.

Sunita’s priorities were crystal clear: she wanted a life that gave her the time to pursue things she loved and enjoyed. She wished to travel the world. She wanted to work less and make massive money. She wanted to live a large life on her own terms. Her clear vision of life became her driving force to achieve financial independence and security. With this vision in mind, she started her first content creation agency with an initial investment and savings of Rs.50,000. Being one of the early adopters of the Internet in India, she monetised her venture by offering content services to Western countries. Through time, exploration, and experimentation, she built a stellar reputation and a 100% international client base.

Nearly two decades later, her expertise and reputation in the digital consultancy and business mentoring spaces are unparalleled.

Sunita is leading quite a journey, and she enjoys every moment of it. She shares that while life presented challenges, she made herself mentally and emotionally equipped to tackle them. Besides, she thoroughly enjoyed the adventures of dealing with society and setting up her business and personal brand. While she has earned several accolades and awards, she considers her biggest achievement to be that she could escape an orthodox environment and achieve her present status.

Many have deemed her life choices unconventional, but nothing has deterred her from doing what she loves. She firmly believes that, in life, one should choose oneself first; family, friends, work, and everything else is secondary. Sunita’s philosophy is simple: if you are happy, that energy impacts everyone around you.

Sunita is known for her practical wisdom. One of them being about U-turns. Sunita feels that people are often scared of taking a U-turn in their lives when things aren’t working out. However, once someone realises that something isn’t working, one must take that turn, no matter what. Utilising this and many other practical philosophies, she has made life choices she is proud of and distinctly happy about.

Sunita Biddu is unstoppable with her business expansion plans in place, a growing, happy team, and world travel; she is ready to do more. However, nothing comes at the cost of her happiness and mental health. This is an example she hopes many will follow.
