Why must women entrepreneurs network to become more successful?

Does Success know the gender?

And it is true! 

Every gender, whether a man or a woman, can achieve the most incredible heights in their business endeavours if they network with people. When I say network with people, I do not mean to talk to people about work. 

I often see women complaining about their lives since they have many things to manage, like work, family, kids, etc. But if they stop comparing their lives with men, things could be much simpler and justified.

Whether a man or a woman, achieving business success widely depends on networking! 

World's biggest glitch is - a man telling a woman what to do! And I am going to do that today. And this realization sometimes creates limitations. But at this stage, I must realize that I am a coach, and the coach is a generalist - there is no gender for it. 

Be in the top 1%

I have a task for you - write your goal on paper! I bet 90% of you have no idea of it. The rest 9% might have their goals but have excuses for not doing it, like age, gender, time, support, money and so on! The rest 1% might be fully dedicated to getting their goals fulfilled.

If you're in that 90%, shift your focus and at least try to be with that 9% group! Or if you're already there, try to be that 1%. 

85% of your success depends on networking:

The goal that you've written is primarily 85% dependent on your ability to network. As per researches, even the most technical business, like engineering, need networking. 

But It's ten times harder to build a new relationship!

How should you create the network that will become your net worth?

Whatever your relationships are today, just put all that into a box - This is your network. Suppose your existing network starts pulling out new opportunities for you. 

Next, put aside whatever excuses restrict you from reaching out to those people.

At this time, you have to decide what you want to do.

Do you want to do business the hard or most effortlessly? If you want it easy, leveraging relationships must be a priority.

What do we do instead? We become our growth's most significant limitation. 

Are you working HARD, HARD, and HARD and still don't get the results? You need to pause and understand that something isn't right!

Know this fundamental for your success as a woman

Well, I know and I know that it is not easy for a woman to grow and succeed. Not because they are any less, but because of their situations and social conditioning. There are specific challenges for women.

But let's clear some fundamentals. According to my experience and study worldwide, women have many stories. But, even men have stories. Let's not deny that. 

Women say - I have a home to take care of, business to take care of and so on. Yes, you do. It's not a lie. You do have more work than men. 

But let's remember this - every woman has walked the same path. Even men have challenges in their lives when they work & network. 

There are women who are super successful in their careers & business. Are they different from you? 

They have the same challenges. 

Forget men out of the equation. Take accountability for your potential. 

Your pool of thoughts is coming in the way of your success. That's it. Nothing matters beyond that. Your have to let go of your limiting mindset. 

I am an introvert, and there is no shame in it. Even Ratan Tata, Elon Musk, Narayana Murthy and many others are introverts. They network differently. What are you waiting for if such guys can do great things in life?

Women, this is the one thing that matters! So, as a coach and mentor, I challenge you - 

Not to wait for someone to create space for them.
Not to wait for an ideal moment.
Just come out of your comfort zones and start networking, start growing.
