I hear the birds sing Free with glee In no more smoky skies Ozone is healing Air is breathing Bringing a brand new spring Budding buzzing new life On the mango tree In my courtyard.

I shift my couch By the glass window, I glare outside For the first time in a while Away from my busy schedule I watch my kids feed Kittens, birds, and squirrels I become a child once more.

Nature is reclaiming me and my world as the man rests I can see the new life buzzing budding On the mango tree In my courtyard.
